rs lives. I will never understand those who create drama and negativity for their own selfish gain and attention. I will never understand the mistreatment and abuse of innocent animals. I will never understand being poor, hungry and homeless in one of the world’s richest nation’s. I will never understand the high cost of medical care and health insurance and allowing those who have no financial assistance to die. I will never understand war whether by religious or political reasoning. I will never understand how there has never been a cure for cancer, aids and all terminal illnesses. I will never understand God’s reasons that people have to die. I will never understand why people are so unreasonable they live to make others lives miserable. I will never understand why we don’t focus on the needs of others and remain selfish. I will never understand when we have the opportunity to say I love you, we don’t. I will never understand why there is no peace in the world. I will never understand why there is no inner peace in me. I will never understand why there is no inner peace in you. I will never understand how people can go through life not appreciating, being thankful for, feeling blessed by and grateful for the life we have been given. Difficult People
Do you know someone who is a real pain in the ….. ? Have you ever given thought to the damage those people closest to us cause to our psyche and our own good health and wellbeing, not necessarily on purpose or intentionally but just by being who they are. The 
agitation & frustration these people tend to cause just by being around, the anxiety & stress that follows, all the chaos can oftentimes be a bit overwhelming to deal with. Drama & negativity generally follows these people around like a dog in heat. That’s why it’s so important to surround yourself often with happy, positive & optimistic individuals who bring something to the table. Those who enlighten, encourage and support, not bring us down. We are all struggling in one form or another. Overwhelming challenges, burdens and responsibilities from this hectic & chaotic world fill all our lives at one time or another and no one is immune. They disable us, incumpacicate us from our daily routine and creates t
he handicaps, boundaries and limitations that ultimately causes us the further anxiety, stress, fear and worry from those thoughts that dwell in our heads and in our minds. This negative energy affects our good health and wellbeing … There is no magic cure for what ails you and causing pain and suffering. Hardship, struggle, setbacks and roadblocks … guilt from the mistakes and failures we’ve made, avoidance, while worrying what others will think and the embarrassment it will cause is the foundation for further letdown. Life is not easy , often unfair and we are all looking for paradise and the inner peace we seek. Stay positive, optimistic and focus on the important and more meaningful things in your life. Keep busy, have open communication with friends & family, find what drives your passion and do it.
